Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to VELYRN, an AI-assisted business operating workspace operated by Armani Calva. VELYRN is not represented as a corporation or other separate legal entity. Use remains subject to authorized human oversight.
1. Service scope
VELYRN is an AI-assisted business operating workspace for accounts, business configuration, customer and lead records, conversations, follow-ups, appointments, analytics, and controlled workflow proposals. The service is intended for adult business users and requires an authorized person to review customer-facing or consequential actions before they are taken. Features shown as local, test, draft, preview, or disabled do not represent an external delivery, charge, publication, booking, or provider action.
2. Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and devices, use only workspaces they are authorized to access, and promptly report suspected compromise. Workspace owners control membership and roles. A business must keep at least one owner while the workspace remains active.
3. Business and customer data
The customer remains responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, provenance, and permitted use of data its users enter, import, or collect, including customer contact details and conversations. The customer must have the notices, permissions, consent, and internal authority needed for its configured use. Providing a phone number or email address does not by itself authorize outreach.
The customer grants only the rights needed for VELYRN and approved service providers to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise process customer content to operate, secure, and support the service. Account deletion and separate workspace export, deletion, and offboarding follow the processes described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not use VELYRN to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights, deceive people, or impersonate a human;
- send unlawful, unsolicited, or consent-incompatible messages;
- upload data the customer is not authorized to process, including regulated or highly sensitive data outside an approved scope;
- bypass tenant, role, approval, rate-limit, safety, or provider controls;
- introduce malware, probe other tenants, extract credentials, or disrupt the service;
- use AI output as final legal, financial, medical, employment, pricing, inventory, or other consequential authority without qualified human review.
5. AI limitations and human review
AI and deterministic outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, stale, or inappropriate. VELYRN does not guarantee revenue, conversion, appointments, sales, inventory, availability, price, or business outcomes. Users must review outputs before relying on them and must obtain authorized human approval before external communications, commitments, payments, pricing exceptions, inventory claims, legal decisions, or other consequential actions. VELYRN is not a human employee, agent with legal authority, or licensed professional.
6. Third-party services
Separately enabled AI, communications, calendar, payment, social, hosting, mobile, and integration providers have their own terms and availability. Email, SMS, calendar, payment, social, and public-research providers are disabled for the current public mobile release. A provider shown in the interface is not enabled merely because an integration option exists. No authorized user may enable or use an additional provider unless that use is separately reviewed and approved.
7. Fees, cancellation, and refunds
The current mobile release does not offer an in-app purchase, external checkout link, paid-plan activation, or live payment-provider flow. Any future paid service must show the applicable price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
VELYRN software, branding, and service materials remain with their respective owner. Customers retain their rights in customer content. Any license to pilot feedback, suggestions, metrics, testimonials, or case studies must be stated explicitly; no publicity permission is implied by pilot participation.
9. Changes, suspension, and termination
The operator may need to change or suspend features for security, safety, maintenance, provider, or legal reasons. A user can permanently delete an account from the product after password and destructive confirmation. Deletion revokes sessions and removes or irreversibly disassociates the personal account as described in the Privacy Policy. Shared business records remain with authorized business users. A last owner must transfer ownership while other members remain. Separate workspace export and deletion requests are operator-reviewed.
10. Service availability and responsibility
No service-level commitment is offered unless stated in a separate signed agreement. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted work, maintaining authorized access, preserving records they are required to keep, and using the service lawfully. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
A material revision will receive a new version and effective date and may require a new acceptance. For general questions or support, email support@velyrn.co. For privacy questions or privacy requests, email privacy@velyrn.co.
